Filling system developed by Shandong zhongtuo machinery co.,ltd is to combine every section such as the filling material
making, storing, slurring and conveying. Filling method and filling material conveying method are different from others. Filling
system’s units and function are different from others. Take the water conveying which is common as an example, usually include
filling material making, storing, slurry making, and measuring controlling, and pipe conveying. Metal mine and coal mine are
different in filling system design because they have different filling material.
Metal mine filling material usually is tailing sand. There are material silo and pile field and take vibration discharging method,
and are conveyed to mixing bucket via belt. Grade tailings mixing is relatively easy, while complete tailings filling need reinforced
activating mixing technique.
The main filling material used in coal mine is broken coal gangue and fly ash. If coal gangue, its size need to be under 5mm,
and a balanced moisture. So there should be crushing molds and related pre and after pile field for filling system. The pure fly ash
mixing is comparatively easy since its floating feature. High density gangue filling can take the horizontal mixing tank as concrete
mixer, while low density blend filling can take vertical mixing bucket.
The filling system design should follow next principle:
（1）filling material should be taken nearby, take best use of industrial slag and protect environment to lower the cost.
（2）take self flow as first choice to lower the base construction and administration cost.
（3）Slurry making capacity should correspond to pipe flow and set necessary manual or automatic controlling system.
（4）storing capacity should fulfill the normal production and usualness lack of material is not allowed.
（5）there should be rain & snow proof measures in case the adhesive material come to block, and keep the filling material
has balanced moisture any time.
（6）simple process flow and control.
（7）dust and noisy conform to environmental request.
